There's really nothing in those files to plagiarise, unless you were building a clone of RailPro, which would be pretty easy to detect if you tried to market it. RE files do not contain wave files. RE files come with the sound pre-converted for use by the on board microcontroller. When you create a sound file with RPA your wave files get converted on the spot for use by the microcontroller.

I think the biggest bugbear about how it all works now is how long you have to wait to download the files, and then load the files to the HC just to find out it's not the right sound for what you want.
