Converting atlas switch’s/turnouts for use with railpro?

It turns out I have 12 spare dc power packs from the presidents choice train sets I bought. 

Can I use these to power the railpro accessory modules; used for controlling switch motors, turntable motors, etc?

KB02:
The RailPro accessory modules are, I believe, run off track power, correct? I don't have one of those myself, so am not sure.
