Downloading custom sounds

Ok a beginner question, how do I get the sounds downloaded to my controler that are on this site? I would like some of the horns.

The RailPro instructions are available for download from the Ring Engineering website.  They are thorough, but somewhat combersome for a beginner.  Some of the members of this forum have written some easy-to-follow Users Guides -- which cover the basics in a logical, easy-to-follow order.  These Users Guides are listed in their own section on this forum.  Below is a direct link to the Users Guide for downloading sounds (and other RaiPro files)
