MRL Trains:
Kevin. Yes I ran FLMC auto test a couple times. 
Averaged about 670.
So to manually tweak I assume I would lower the number for better load detection is this correct?

Usually yes.  Test it both ways (higher and lower) to see what works best for that particular locomotive.
