What came with your LM-3S?

What came with your LM-3S?  I took mine out to install in a Proto 2000 engine and I'm short the plug that goes into the JST connector... Now I need to order it and wait.

But I won't make that mistake again!

There is no LM-4S. LM-3S is the current model.
It includes the Module, the 6 Pin connector harness, and the instruction sheet.
