Track layout advice

Will this layout work?   Or do I need another AR-1 at Switch 3?

Sure.

If more than one train will be operating then make sure there is a fair amount of track between switches 1 & 2 and 3 & 4. Weird things might happen if trains bridge two different AR-1 boundaries.
