Using windows 10 on computer and iPhone 6S plus for photos. I do have windows 7 on laptop if that works better. What is the best way to get the correct size for posting photos. Mine are way to large in bits, I have search for some post here and read what I could find but not having much luck, sure it is simple and just not seeing it. Thanks.

Here's a helpful explanation using Gimp by our member G8B4life (Tim).

Or you could use this handy tool - The RailPro Bitmap Builder

(Whoops, I should have read the question more closely!)
There are simple online tools for resizing images for regular use quickly too, here is one example: https://picresize.com/

I think Ironacres may be asking how to resize large photo's for posting to the forum and not for using on the HC-2. If I'm correct, if the photo isn't too big (file size that is) you can use the width tag (see https://rpug.pdc.ca/index.php/topic,11.0.html (https://rpug.pdc.ca/index.php/topic,11.0.html)) to "shrink" the photo in the post which when you click it it zooms back to it's original size. If the photos file size is too big (say several megabytes) you'll have to resize it using any one of the image editing software packages out there: Photoshop, Photopaint, Gimp (free) and I think modern versions of MS Paint may also have a resize feature.

I think you’re right, Tim. Good catch.
