Passing this along as info in case anyone has any interest/need to build your own harnesses for LM-3S modules, these are the correct part numbers for the connectors and terminals. DigiKey carries the connectors and terminals, others may as well.
To properly crimp the terminals, you will need a crimping tool with a crimp diameter of 1.0mm. There are several crimp tools available that would work and are relatively inexpensive, the one I use is included below (Initially bought for my other hobby of cars).
ZHR-9: 9-pin connector
ZHR-6: 6 pin connector
SZH-002T-P0.5: Female connector pins
Crimp Tool: Engineer PAD-11

Currently I just buy all the harnesses from Bill when I buy more locomotive modules.

I get mine from Bill as well. Truth be told, the desire to find the connectors for RailPro was spurred by a question on another forum about JST connectors and had me curious enough to investigate.
