Title: Error: Could Not Read From RE Server
Post by: zr1rob on January 19, 2022, 11:28:00 AM
Trying to get the files to upgrade my HC-2. RP Assistant shows 'Internet Connected' and 'USB Connected' when I boot RP Assistant. But if I wait about a minute, the error in the title shows up. Both Windows Firewall and my AntiVirus are off. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Rob

What are you trying to download (specifically)? If you can download other things but not that specific thing then this likely means that one or more files don't actually exist on the RP server even though the list of files RPA retrieves still has it listed. I've seen this before when he uploaded a sound file and then took it down again but left it in the list of sound files.

If you can't download anything at all then we'll have to dig further.

hey Tim, all is good. It was my Wifi access point, security you know. Nevertheless, I hooked up to my router and no gripes. Thanks - Rob
