Title: Tools Page black screen

I have recently updated my HC-2b.  Download seemed to go fine and the HC is working except for the TOOLS page. When I try to access this page it opens and quickly shuts down before you can tap the screen.
The HC is fully charged.
I was hoping to update the LM3s but without this page working this can't be done.

Have you tried applying the new update to the HC again?

Have tried to redo the update but Raillpro Assistant disconnects when you open the Tools page to start the download.

Not sure how to download if you can't access this page?
