Title: HC3 Controller

I'm having problem with th HC3 finding locomotives. I'm trying to load an SD40-2 on it while it already has a Sumpter Valley loaded on it with no issues. When I hit "Find Products" it starts to seach but finds nothing , including a known good -9 that is loaded on  the HC2. This thing continues to search until the batteries die. :-\

any chance the module has a password?

No password and brand new module. The HC3 won't pik up the -9 that I have and runs perfectly on the HC2

Is the LM in the -9 fully up to date? (since you can check it with the HC-2)
Is the HC-3 fully up to date?
