Title: HC-3 rev 1.10, HC-2 and HC-2b rev 2.53 released

HC-3 revision 1.10 released.
HC-2 and HC-2b revision 2.53 released.

As usual, no actual idea what the reason is but suspicion is something to do with the use of the LM-3S-21
