Title: HC-2 and HC-2B version 2.03 released

Rev 2.03 of the HC2 programs has been released.

It corrects a problem when selecting a consist and some locos in the consist did not respond (i.e. loco(s) removed from track). And adds support for the new LM-3S-G module.
