Title: HC-2b and HC-2 software version 2.06 released

HC-2b and HC-2 software revision 2.06 has been released.

I don't know what this fixes from the 2.05 release only a few days ago.

Most software updates that I have worked with usually save up their bug fixes and issue updates several times per year.  I hope that Ring Engineering is not going to start weekly updates.  To paraphrase the common complaint about DCC....I want to spend my time running trains -- not updating software.

2.06 was released quickly because of an issue that came up with 2.05.  This is not the norm to send out releases quickly after each other...typically that is all done in the background with betas.  But 2.05 had a serious error on one of my HC's which 2.06 addresses.
