Title: Double Strb Dual Sync Rev2 "Local File Not Found"

When I attempt to copy the file 'Double Strobe Dual Sync Rev2' from my handheld to the locmotive I get the error "Local File Not Found", has anybody else experienced this?

HC-2b rev 2.09
LM-3S rev 2.12
