Alan's PCB for controlling Tortoise machines
« on: March 02, 2021, 06:50:39 AM »
Alan--I just came across an old post by you that pointed me to your article about your PCB project for controlling Tortoise machines.  I am interested in trying it.  a couple of questions:

1) what thickness of PCB did you buy?  I see that Circuit Specialists has a few different thicknesses of pre-sensitized boards.
2) what is the part number and source for the small terminal strips you used?
3) you mention a follow-up post. >>I’ll detail the steps in the following post if you are interested in making your own.<<.  but I can't seem to locate it on your list of blog posts.

1) 1/16th with 1 oz copper https://www.circuitspecialists.com/pre-sen-ss-116in-cop-cl-8x12.html

2) Molex 39357-0010 https://www.onlinecomponents.com/en/molex-waldom/393570010-43946611.html

3) It is well hidden in the control panel posts http://www.lkorailroad.com/control-panels-part-vii/
