Although it's not listed on the What's New page at Ring Engineering, RailPro Assistant Software V2.00 was released a short time ago.

You can download it here: http://ringengineering.com/RailProSoftware.htm

RailPro Assistant Software V2.00 is required to use the new LM-3 series modules and the updated HC-2b.

This software must run with administrator privileges under Windows.
If you are having trouble with RPA V2.00, follow the instructions here to set it to run as administrator:
