As noted in the ongoing CI-1 thread, the HC Simulator software has been publicly released.

v1.31
-First candidate release
-New software allows a PC to act as a Hand Controller.
-Integrates with Railpro Assistant Software to allow transfer of files from RE website and user files to the virtual HC.
-Connects to CI-1 USB module to allow Direct Radio connection to Railpro Products.
-Compatible with Windows Vista, 7, 8, 10.
