How do you change "Brakeman " under user name

I looked everywhere to do this. I bet it is something simple.

This will change automatically as your post count increases.

Thanks and the yellow boxes underneath also to do with status?

I believe the color tells you if that person is on the forum now Yellow means he is, but I see that they are all yellow right now.  :o
