Hello everyone. I have a brass tender that I am looking to install a LM-2S into. Dimension inside tender are 1.0" wide by 1.75" long by 0.43 high. I understand LM-2S is 1.5" long. With both 9 pin and 6 pin plugged in and leads bent up at right angles, will this fit in the 1.75" dimension?
Another problem is that tender is entirely brass sheet metal. I plan to replace floor with styrene and open top where coal load is for speaker output. Hopefully this will be enough for RF reception.
Any thoughts will be appreciated.
