Edit,Ok,  so for some reason Espeelark went and deleted his post that I was replying to (I wonder if that feature might need to be turned off ). I'll leave my post for the time being for posterity.

I don't have a C:\Program Data option. See below.

Yes you do, I can see it right there in your screen shot, right under Program Files (x86).  There is no space in ProgramData.

Ok, backing up a step, perhaps your not familiar with this and I'm confusing you. Windows gives storage devices a letter for easy use, with C being the nearly always the first boot/system device. On a storage device you know you have directories/folders as you can see on your screenshot. The path to the ProgramData directory is then C:\ProgramData. This is what you would see in a terminal / command prompt. With Explorer that path is shown in two pieces, the device (C:) and the current directory / folder you are in at the top and all the files and folders in the directory underneath.

So, the C;\ part is not shown in the bottom part of the explorer screen, so you are not looking for c:\ProgramData in the bottom part but just ProgramData. I hope I haven't made you more confused.

Great job in catching that Tim!

Espeelark:
Yeah - sorry about that guys!
I had typed up a response (saying I didn't have a C:\ProgramData option) and posted it, to only then see that I did indeed have that C:\ProgramData option - DUH!  ::)
It was late, I deleted that post (almost instantly) since it was false. Didn't think it would help the historical record to have incorrect information posted. I'm amazed that Tim saw it before I deleted it!
Being as late as it was, I told myself I'd deal with it tomorrow (today).
So, suffice it to say, I did find that "RscLoaded" file just as Tim suggested, deleted it, and HC Simulator now appears to start up and run fine. I have not fully put it through its paces yet, but, I'm optimistic! If anything changes, I'll report back.
