Espeelark:
Thanks gregusa.
I did that - turned on both file extensions and hidden files. No change. Same result.....

gregeusa:
just for grins, turn on system files too... it's not likely to be the issue, but trying to cover all bases

Espeelark:
Doesn't show me an option to turn on "system files".

gregeusa:
sorry, in 11 they took it out of the easy place.

Control Panel >>> File Explorer Options
that will bring up a small window with 3 tabs
the middle tab will say VIEW
in there you will see all the options you used to be able to get to easily...

Yes I do have an idea, your in the wrong HC Simulator directory ;).  c:\ProgramData, not c:\Program Files is the directory you needed to start in so go to C:\ProgramData\Ring Engineering\RailPro HC Simulator and you should find what we're looking for.
