Thanks for all the kind words everyone.
I don't think anyone has requested a rear ditch light button (I did request a Rear Headlight Dim button the other day). I guess not many North American roads fit rear ditch lights, same as not many North American roads have flashing ones.
I think it would be good for them to add a rear ditch light button, they could then make the auto flash on horn function directional.
Apart from the buttons guide I'm still working on, are there any other guides that people think are needed?

For those that have downloaded the flashing ditch lights guide, I have updated it (version 1.1) so you may wish to download it again.
Nothing major was changed; just some grammar, a note added that you don't have to use the ditch light button to turn the individual lights on and off and a note added about the bug in version 1.05 of the LM software that turns the first instance of the ditch light button off in certain circumstances.
I've also sent a request to Ring for a rear ditch light button :)

Tim,
I have tried to download the guide, "http://rpug.pdc.ca/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=207.0;attach=191”, and a tab opens in Safari. However, the guide never opens in the tab. I have tried numerous times, but no joy. Any ideas on what is going wrong?

Glenn,
Tims PDF works fine for me, I expect you are having an issue with software.
I'll see if I can help you...
You mention safari, what device are you using? a PC, a Mac computer, an iPad, and iPhone?
some other device?
Can you try another browser?
glenng6:
Bill,
Sorry for the lengthy delay in replying. I haven’t been on the forum for a few weeks. To answer your questions: I am attempting this on a MacBook Pro, OS X (10.11.4). When the tab opens, in Safari, the file does not display. I attempted this again tonight with both Safari and Firefox. I got the same result with both browsers. I use pdf files almost daily, so I am at a loss as to why this file doesn’t open.
Thanks, Glenn
