Stop button
« on: June 09, 2016, 02:02:41 PM »
Is there a way to put a stop button on the locomotive control screen? The button should bring the train to a controlled stop based on the engine settings.
This is not an E-Stop button.

Thanks!

There is no way to do that. For one train, I just use the knob. For multiple trains, the All Stop button is easy to get to with just one button press.

Could be something that Ring could add in a future update.  Honestly though, the knob is so responsive on Railpro that I just use that to simulate prototypical momentum rather than relying on a button.  I do have my momentum turned up to 5 on acceleration and 10 on decceleration, but that is just to smooth out the mechanics of the locomotive itself.  Everything else is just by playing with the throttle knob.
