Loading pics to HC-2

Hi Folks,

I seem to have an issue trying to load a picture to my HC-2. I have the picture as a jpeg, so it needs to be converted to a .bmp file. Using MS paint, this can be done. The file type on the Ring RailPro Assistant won't let me upload unless the file is 480X180 pixels and 24 bit. Tried all that...all I get is a picture that is so stretched it's not suitable. Any suggestions?

You don't have "Maintain aspect ratio" checked when you resize. Starting over with the original picture, resize to the 480px horizontal dimension while maintaining the aspect ratio. Then crop to 180px vertical.
