C&NW/IT Gong Bell sound?
« on: November 29, 2017, 08:57:01 AM »
I have 3 beautiful Illinois Terminal SD39s from Athearn that I want to convert from DCC/Sound to Railpro. The 645 sound is not a problem, the ULT file takes care of that.

IT ordered these engines with a Gong Bell, just like C&NW had on their various unit. The models have a great Gong Bell sound. Does anyone have a sound file of a Gong Bell that they'd be willing to share?

Ian, I moved your topic here as it's not a File.
If a file for this sound is created you can post it in the files section.

If you can find a video on Youtube that has the sound you are looking for, you can easily make a sound file for your own use. I can help you with that. If you get the video owners permission you can post the sound for sharing too ;)

Cheers!

Thanks Bill! I wasn't 100% sure where this kind of request would go.

If I get a chance to shut down the engine sound this weekend at Bob's, I'll record the bell on my phone and we can play from there.
