I get you now, your mobile (cell) phone is your internet connection. You set the phone's hotspot and connect your computer to the hotspot to surf the net and this uses the mobile data on your phone plan. That's a whole other kettle of fish! I'll look into it but I think the odds are stacked against me, looking at the manual for the V20 it has 16 pages on the camera but virtually nothing useful about  it's connection capabilities. It must have been written by Ring Engineering!

Well exede internet allows me to install the software and connect to Ring engineering server. But antivirus is a pain, it definitely needs to be disabled!
