Have you called as I suggested? Phone support seems to be much more responsive these days.

I intend to call Bill, but I have been limited on time when I'm home lately.  Hopefully I'll have a chance soon.

Don't be afraid to call on Saturday either. He is often in the office.

Good to know, but unfortunately I'm working today.  I'll try when I get home.

Dean:
I have had trouble with downloading updates at times. But it is not a reason to not use my RailPro equipment. It works fine. I just updated my HC last week and the software has been available for months. And the only reason I updated now is that I bought some LM-3s although I was running them on the old software.
 
I guess not having the proper sound file is a bummer, but it's not an excuse to not use RailPro.
