Custom sounds

I really really like the cab chatter in the tsunami2.  You can have it randomly play and control the frequency of chatter.  Can you do anything like that with rp?

Not randomly. You could play chatter but you'd need to find a find some sound files of "chatter" you'd like to play, create custom sound files in RPA  and set buttons in the HC to play the sound on the button presses.
