LM-4S-G rev 1.03, HC Simulator 2.30 released

LM-4S-G revision 1.03 and HC Simulator 2.30 released in the past couple of days.

As usual, no idea on what's changed/fixed in the LM-4S-G revision.

Suspect that the HC Simulator revision adds support for the LM-4S-G.
