Those of you who were over on the Yahoo group have already seen this, so I apologize for reposting. However, I want to have it here for reference as other people join the forum who have not seen it before.
The following video is of the new GEVO prime mover file that is currently in beta. It was recorded by a Railpro user on an ES44 under load, using a portable digital recorder and external microphone. This shows you what can be accomplished when Railpro users record and submit/share their own sounds. I'm testing this sound file for Tim and have given him some feedback.
You won't be able to hear the subtle intricacies of the sound file on this video, as it was shot with just a cell phone. But it gives you an idea of how good it sounds.
