for about half an hour. I couldn't get on his RPA again, He said that he hadn't gotten any other complaints about not being able to connect with his servers, this was the first he had heard of it. Anyway while talking to him I was able to connect with his RPA, and he gave me a suggestion on how to correct an issue I was having. So I don't know if he made an adjustment on his end, or hughesnet unscrambled some of their electrons, but it does now work for me.
I told him about an email I sent him back in April, but he didn't know anything about it. So he checked back through his emails and found mine. I told him I used to get a response usually the same day. He said he still answers emails the same day or the next.
