Stumped - lights out.

Stumped:

I wired in the power backup module.  Yellow to yellow and blue to blue on the 9 pin.  Pbm works.

While I was in there I also added 2 red led lights on green output on 9 pin with resistor.  When I went to test the new leds they flashed on and then every single led front light, rear light, ditch lights all went out.

But if I take the engine off the track and let the pbm take over in a few seconds all the lights returned.  I did this three times.  I can’t figure out what’s causing it….

Figured it out.  I needed resistor for each led not one resistor for all three.

Yellow for the PBM must be on the 6 pin. You could damage the LM otherwise.
