Updating/Changing Locomotive Pictures on the HC-2 Controller

Last night I successfully changed a picture of a loco on my controller. But I had trouble doing it.

I was going around in circles getting a "File in Use" message or a screen that said "Programmer Started" whatever that means.

From Tools on the main page to Update on the next, I'm not sure about the proper sequence from there. I tried various combinations from the third page until suddenly the new picture appeared. Now I don't remember what I did but I can't do it again tonight.

So here I am again asking for your help.

If the image you want to change is assigned to a module, you need to choose the new image and load it to the module then remove the old image.
