LM-3 and LM-3S version 2.03 released

Rev 2.03 of the LM3 programs has been released.

Ring Engineering indicates these issues are fixed:
- Fixed problem with 2nd Light output.
- Fixed bug with Manual Notching not notching across consisted locos
- Fixed bug where chuff rate adjust did not work
- Fixed bug where consisted steam locos did not chuff correctly.
- Fixed bug where the limit on accel decel during direction change was not working.

Is there an update for the LM-2S as well? I have a couple of those still in play.

Is there an update for the LM-2S as well? I have a couple of those still in play.

It's up now for the 2S. Still nothing for the plain vanilla LM-2.


- Fixed problem with 2nd Light output.

Partially fixed. The fix introduces another bug the same as the original bug. While the fix does fix the issue of the 2nd light output not returning to the off state after running certain effects (Ditch is the only one I know of) it now also assumes that the output will always be in the off state to begin with or always in the on state to begin with depending on which effect (finish off or finish on) is used. Running the effect with the output in the opposite state that the effect expects at start results in the same behavior as the original bug.
